Refund Policy

The processing fee pays for the review and preparation of your registration.

Refunds are given automatically if we determine that you are not eligible to participate in the Green Card Lottery, in which case we will return 100% of the processing fee. In all other cases, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot provide refunds under any circumstances after your application has been submitted to the Green Card Lottery.

Because this is a Lottery program, MyUSGreenCard.com cannot guarantee that you will be selected as a winner. Unsuccessful applicants are not eligible to receive a refund.
