J-1 Exchange Visitor
Permits admission of trainees, students, scholars, professors and researchers who participate in a designated exchange program. Usually permits one to complete degree plus 18 months for practical training.
Judicial Review
Judicial review grants the power to American courts to determine whether the acts of government branches and government officials follow the U.S. Constitution. Although both state and federal courts can exercise judicial review, it is mostly connected with the Supreme Court.
